Kenneth Morando, owner of Innovative Mechanical, Inc. has over 30 years of experience working in the heating and air conditioning industry. He founded Innovative Mechanical in 1984 and has operated from the South San Francisco location for the past 25 years.

Innovative Mechanical specializes in residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems and services. They provide design-build systems, maintenance agreements, home energy audits and 24-hour emergency service. They also fabricate and install standard and custom sheet metal flashing, gutters and just about anything made from metal.

Innovative Mechanical is a certified Trane dealer and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. They are a Better Business Bureau accredited business and are members of SMACNA. Their 17 service vehicles and staff of 32 employees are available to serve clients throughout San Francisco and the Peninsula.
