The company’s flagship Property Stewardship program bundles 260 recurring service tasks and inspections that are designed to maintain function, reduce energy usage, preempt costly emergencies, maximize durability, and ensure the highest possible enjoyment and equity values.

Builder Steve Spratt established the HPS Property Stewardship concept in 1995 to offer his customers ongoing preventive home care services. Today, the program is a national model for existing and new clients to effectively maintain their properties and develop valuable, long lasting, trusting relationships with the company.

During quarterly visits, the Property Stewardship program addresses more than 260 annually recurring tasks that are crucial to the proper function and long life of each customer’s home. HPS Palo Alto’s trusted family of technicians are specially trained across multiple trades to perform these specific tasks and inspections, and yet they can also tackle personalized customer requests or “honey do” lists. When specialized repairs or improvements are needed, the company’s in-house project managers utilize proven service partners to perform the work.
