Green Environment Landscape, Inc. creates and maintains residential landscapes for clients in Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. In addition to its design and maintenance services, the company installs low-voltage lighting and builds decks, arbors, fencing, patios and retaining walls. It handles all aspects of new landscape construction, including drainage and irrigation.

President Francisco Cortes has more than two decades of experience in the landscaping industry. Mr. Cortes says his love of the outdoors and his desire to strive for high landscaping standards led him to establish Green Environment Landscape in 1986. “My goal is to create beautiful environments that last for many years. I take time to listen to my customers and plan around their visions.” To stay updated on industry advancements, Mr. Cortes regularly attends seminars on subjects such as fertilizers and soil preparation.

Green Environment Landscape constantly evaluates its methods and pricing to ensure they meet Mr. Cortes’ high standards of excellence. “It’s important for us to show up on time, keep our commitments and consistently leave jobsites clean and free of all debris,” he says. The company also offers regular maintenance programs for existing clients.
