Frank’s Auto Service provides a wide range of repair and maintenance services for all types of domestic and Japanese vehicles at its Walnut Creek facility, handling everything from oil changes and brake work to extensive engine and transmission repairs. The company takes a highly personalized approach to dealing with customers that includes offering same-day service and a 24-month/24,000-mile parts and labor warranty, which is double the industry standard.

Owner David Frank says Frank’s Auto Service’s longstanding community presence has allowed it to develop a loyal clientele base that’s quick to refer the company to others. “My father started this shop in 1958, just one block from our current location, and we still have customers who remember bringing their cars to him. Now, with my son, DJ, we’ve become a third-generation shop. Our customers really appreciate working with such a family-oriented company.”

Frank’s Auto Service believes in the importance of educating customers about preventive maintenance so they can avoid potential problems in the future. “We do everything we can to help our customers with their vehicle issues, from prioritizing work for those on a budget to explaining every step of our repairs,” explains Mr. Frank. “We want them to leave our shop knowing we have their best interests in mind.”
