First Rate Renovations, Inc. is a home remodeling firm that specializes in kitchen and bathroom renovations. First Rate Renovations was formed in 1995 by a threeman team of designers and industry professionals—David Pinsley, CR, CGR; Joe LoParo and Michael Cobb—who had a vision of designing, building and installing affordable, revitalized living spaces for homeowners throughout the Bay Area.

The company works with a diverse set of materials, including granite, tile, solid surface, wood and cultured marble, and it installs major brand appliances like Viking, Thermador, Sub Zero and Wolf. Its team of design/build experts has more than 100 years of combined industry experience, and it strives to make each homeowner’s encounter “first rate,” says Mr. Pinsley.
