That tile work he put up 20 years ago was still really good when we went in to redo the room. He has a lot of good ideas. He's done this so much that he knows what people like. He suggested things I wouldn't have thought of. He expects good work from himself, as well as from everyone else. He's got a cabinetmaker who also does a really nice job. Some things he suggests are sort of pricey, but after you see it, you can understand why he recommends it. He even gets excited about a shower stall, or a toilet, because it has a really good seat that doesn't just slam down. It goes down really slowly. He really gets into the details. His brother works with him and he does excellent work too. You can count on them to do a good job."

Eric would give up his profits to make sure the customer was happy. I'm sitting here in my newly remodeled house and I have people over, you can hear them in the background, and they all walked in and said, 'Wow!'"
