Ductz of Walnut Creek and The Tri-Valley provides a wide variety of air duct cleaning services for residential and commercial clients throughout the East Bay Area. As a locallyowned franchise of a national organization, the company has access to a multitude of state-of-the-art equipment and training procedures, which it uses to clean, inspect and deodorize HVAC ductwork, bathroom exhaust systems and dryer vents.

Owner/President Douglas Francone says his background as a chemical engineer greatly benefits his customers. “I have an in-depth understanding about indoor air quality and its potential impact on people’s health. My attention to detail ensures my clients always receive the best possible work.”

Ductz of Walnut Creek and The Tri-Valley’s duct cleaning services are designed to remove dust, particulates and other ducting contaminants that may trigger allergies, create dusty environments, produce odors or create fire hazards; and ensure there’s no contamination during the procedure by filtering all ducting air. “We’re very serious about indoor air quality and safety,” confirms Mr. Francone.
