CTI Builders Corporation provides and installs replacement windows and doors, crown moulding and trim for residential clients throughout the San Francisco Peninsula and the South and East Bay. The company offers a variety of window options to customers who want to increase their energy efficiency, including vinyl, wood, triple pane glass, Lowe/Argon and warm edge glass. Replacement door options include wood French, solid vinyl, steel insulated (with matching storm doors) and security.

Founding partners Kent Shouse and Adam Jastremski established CTI Builders Corporation in 1991 to supply Bay Area clients with top quality window and door products and knowledgeable industry expertise. Mr. Shouse says the company’s skilled craftspeople have vast experience in the construction industry and use their extensive capabilities to benefit each job.

CTI Builders Corporation is segmented into three divisions that allow it to deliver equal services to its far-reaching customer base. The company also offers comprehensive residential remodeling services and design consultations. Its “install only” program caters to customers who’ve already picked out and purchased their remodeling materials but need a professional installer to finish the job.

“We want our customers to be happy and refer us to their friends and families, and the only way to achieve that is to provide quality work for every job. We treat each customer as though they’re our only client. It doesn’t matter if they’re spending $10 or $10,000; they all receive the same great craftsmanship and service.”
