CSG Better Hearing Center, LLC has been serving the East Bay since 1975. The company's four audiologists address all aspects of hearing problems. CSG has been the leading provider of the InSound Lyric device for the past 3 years in the United States and other audiologists from around the country come and train and learn about the Lyric from Mark and his staff. CSG also provides tinnitus treatments for people with disturbing tinnitus which is a constant noise in a persons ears.

Mark Sanford, the owner of CSG Better Hearing Center, earned his undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from University of Pacific in Stockton and his Masters in Communicative Disorders, Audiology at the University of Texas in Dallas. He has owned the practice for thirteen years and has been a Diamond Certified Company for eight years.
