Owner Don Runnals founded Concept Builders in 1980. Mr. Runnals has more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry—he grew up around his father’s construction business and became proficient in a variety of trades at an early age. Since starting his own company, he says he’s acquired a reputation for taking on and succeeding at challenging development projects.
Mr. Runnals considers himself a hands-on owner and personally oversees every project. He says his company’s design and construction teams are accessible, personable and professional, and they’re especially adept at improving projects that have already begun.
