It was the personal touch from David and Everett. I felt like I was going through a family member during the whole process. It can be very disruptive using contractors, but they made it easier."

One would be the overall quality of all the work, especially the small details, and second, which was especially important to my wife, was that they were so careful about the dust and debris. Unlike a lot of contractors, they were careful to seal off the negative areas where they weren't working so that the dust didn't get throughout the house. When they took down the dust sheets and vacuumed every day, it was clean and dust free. They were really good at relating personally to the customer."
