Cole’s Carpet & Upholstery Company cleans all types of carpet, upholstery and rugs for residential and commercial clients in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo and
San Francisco Counties. In addition to its comprehensive cleaning abilities (including both steam and dry cleaning methods), the company provides water damage restoration and mold remediation services, repairs and restretches carpet, offers odor control and fabric protection, and more.
Owner Matt Cole says staying updated on the newest industry systems, technology and procedures allows him to offer the best possible services to his clients. “I’ve been doing this for 30 years, but I still keep up-to-date on changes in the carpet cleaning industry. I take my profession very seriously, so it’s important that I’m familiar with every aspect of the trade.”
Cole’s Carpet & Upholstery Company believes in educating its clients about their carpet and upholstery problems so they’ll be able to effectively deal with future issues. “Most of our customers are repeats and referrals, and I’ve known them for so long that they’re basically like family,” says Mr. Cole. “If we can help them by giving complimentary advice and maintenance tips, we’re happy to do it.”
