Central Automotive Service Center has been repairing and maintaining automobiles, SUVs and light trucks
for East Bay drivers since 1976. The Walnut Creek shop is an AAA-Approved Facility and a California State Smog Inspection station. All its technicians and managers are ASE-certified, and three hold ASE Master Certification.
Central Automotive Service Center first opened as a specialty electrical and fuel systems shop called Central Tune-up. In 1985, Robert Service took over ownership of the company and changed its name in 2006. Since then, Central Automotive has gained a reputation for its quality repairs and excellent customer service, says Mr. Service. It’s now a fully equipped modern facility with a staff of eight dedicated professionals.
The highly-trained staff offers an organized maintenance program based on regular oil and filter service, as well as a wide variety of vehicle repair services, including air conditioning, fuel injection, anti-lock brakes, and engine and transmission replacements. The shop is equipped to handle the newest and most technically challenging vehicle systems and diagnostic inspections.
All Central Automotive’s services come with a 24-month/24,000-mile guarantee on parts and labor. The shop has received the coveted ASE Blue Shield designation in recognition of the high standards it maintains and is a Bay Area Green Business, which recognizes its dedication to the environment.
