We've had other companies in the past where once they got our job, the deposit and the contract had already exchanged hands, you would never see the contractor you sold the job to again. They would send the work out to another company and not oversee the job. Sometimes you get a good supervisor and sometimes you don't. Bill followed up and met with us regularly. Also, what I like about Bill is that although we have a fairly unusual front yard, Bill will work with us on our yard. He was totally flexible with us. We would draw up pictures and projects and he would work with them. He would share his ideas with us as well. Whenever we had a glitch, he totally communicated with us. If he wasn't there, his supervisor was there to communicate with us. If things weren't safe, you would know. For example, he advised us not to walk on our step project because it wasn't safe at the time. They arrived when they told us they would, and if they couldn't be here, they communicated that with us. He was really good at letting us know what was going on. Also, I had the luxury of staying on the jobsite during the job. Whenever Bill's guys were here, they were doing a good job. They were really conscientious about cleaning up. We had problems in the past with other companies not cleaning up after themselves. "
