The other guy didn't put a pan under the hot water heater, and Dominic explained that it needed to have a pan, or the runoff would cause the wooden stand to rot. Then, he fixed it so that the runoff valve drained outside, instead of on the garage floor. It was just the little things. He was like Leonardo Da Vinci. He even signed the water heater for us. The day the water heater went out, the manager had the paperwork done and sent the guy out right away."
