Owner Erick Meyenberg says Bayview Construction & Design’s full-service approach allows it to complete jobs faster than its competitors. “Since we handle almost every aspect of construction in-house, we don’t have to wait for subcontractors to show up or face the difficult delays that can happen when coordinating with other companies. We’re in control of the entire process, and that enables us to work quickly and efficiently.”
Mr. Meyenberg says his presence on every jobsite allows him to effectively manage quality control and give his clients an extra sense of security. “I like working in the field and seeing projects come together from start to finish. My employees and I use our time, energy, creativity and hard work to bring our clients’ dreams to life, and they really appreciate that.”
