Then we called Bay Mountain Air. The man who came to service us on two different occasions, once for our air conditioning and once for our heating, was kind enough to speak to my son on the phone each time about his findings and what he was going to do for us. He was just great. The first time, it was a strange problem but he solved it. He came prepared with everything he would need in case the problem was serious, so that we would not have to pay for a second call. He went to a lot of trouble to help us, and he saved us a lot of money. He was fast, clean and polite. I asked Bay Mountain Air for several cards, so I could share them with my friends. Unfortunately, I am out of town now and I don't have the cards with me, so I can't tell you the gentleman's name. He was just excellent and professional. I cannot say enough good things about him. "
