The shop specializes in Jaguar, Land Rover and European-made vehicles. They provide the same services as a dealership in a more personal environment, but without the dealership price tag. On-staff technicians are ASE Certified and factory-trained by Jaguar and Land Rover. They're qualified and experienced in maintenance and servicing as well as diagnostics and repair work. Mr. Bacchus personally supervises and inspects the work on all vehicles. No vehicle leaves the shop without his express consent. He communicates with the customer throughout the repair or service process, keeping them informed of any problems or delays. The vehicle is returned in immaculate condition.
