Arnoldo Arevalo is a master at plaster. He began his apprenticeship in 1988 at the age of 17 and worked his way up to foreman for a noted Bay Area company before electing to go into business for himself in 2004. He and his wife Susan-Jane officially incorporated Arevalo Plastering, Inc. in 2006. Arnoldo's Guatemalan influence and Susan-Jane's London, England background bring international flair to the Oakland-based company.

There is more to plastering than meets the eye. While some plaster surfaces are merely utilitarian, others display distinct artistry. Plaster can be applied to create a variety of textures, patterns and dimensional effects.
