"Be careful that the person whom Hans hires really knows what he is doing. I had a border of glass tiles put up in my bathroom and they messed up. They had to come back out, rip out what they installed, and replace it. On their behalf, they came back, replaced it, and they paid for the new glass which wasn't cheap. He was a new worker and he didn't really seem all that comfortable putting the glass in. Make sure they are comfortable with what they are doing. Luckily we were not under any time pressure, but it pushed the project out another five or six days. Luckily, the store had the glass I needed in stock or it might have taken even longer."
