All Bright Maintenance Services offers residential, real estate and commercial cleaning and maintenance services to clients in Santa Clara, Alameda and San Mateo Counties. Residential work includes house cleaning, window washing and carpet cleaning. For real estate agents, the company provides services such as move-in ready, home detailing, showcasing, handyman repairs and construction clean-ups. Its commercial capabilities include janitorial and executive office cleaning, furniture moving, and floor stripping and waxing services.

Owner Ernie Andrade established All Bright Maintenance Services in 1976 and has been adding specialty services to its repertoire ever since. “We’ve evolved with the times,” he says, “and our services continue to reflect and anticipate our customers’ needs.” Mr. Andrade’s company is an active partner of HSBN, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation that provides a network of positive mentoring relationships for prospective business owners.

All Bright Maintenance Services prides itself on its competitive and upfront pricing. “There are never any hidden costs,” says Mr. Andrade. The company guarantees a complimentary re-do of unsatisfactory work within 24 hours of a job, and its employees are thoroughly screened via background, credit and personal reference checks.
