ACB has simplified the pre-construction and construction process for many clients by combining the design, plan preparation, city permitting, and construction work into one design-build contract. In this manner, ACB is able to minimize surprises and/or miscommunications that occur when multiple firms are involved in the planning process. However, if you’ve already contracted an architect or designer, ACB is excited to work alongside them and contribute a builder’s perspective to the project.
