Dan, the lead arborist, was excellent. There was an issue with the weather which delayed the work, but when they rescheduled, they actually got to it earlier than I thought. I don't give anyone a '10', but I probably would have given them a '9', except my tenants had some minor complaints and I have to give weight to that. "
