Survey Comments

SureShred is an on-site mobile document shredding company that has served over 2,000 Bay Area businesses and individuals since 1994. Along with shredding paper documents, they can effectively destroy overhead transparencies, diskettes, magnetic tapes, or just about anything their shredder can get its teeth into (you might want to keep a close eye on the cat).

Materials are destroyed inside SureShred's mobile shredding trucks at the customer's designated location, under the client's control and oversight. Documents are shredded in bulk and never sorted by operators as is often done by off-site shredding services. A good office shredder would take an entire day to destroy what SureShred can handle in less than fifteen minutes!

After being shredded, the material is securely held in the back of the truck until it is taken to a local recycler or to a landfill. SureShred will issue a "Certificate of Destruction," stating that the material given to them was destroyed.

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
"It is our goal to provide customers with the peace of mind of knowing that their materials have been properly and effectively destroyed and disposed of. To help achieve this, we maintain a strict level of security. All of our personnel are third-party bonded and uniformed. Prior to employment, we use an outside agency to run a background check on all candidates. Additionally, SureShred maintains a strict no-drug policy with random checks performed on all employees."
