Jim Cullen earned a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from U.C. Berkeley in 1981. He also has education and experience as a draftsman. All of this prepared him well for the construction industry, in which he has worked since 1974. He went into business for himself forming Cullen Construction & Reconstruction in 1990.
The company handles general construction providing every service from foundations and earthwork, all the way to framing and finish, painting, and windows and doors. Their main focus is residential remodels and commercial tenant improvements.
