Our entire team at American Ratings Corporation is proud to provide you with the most accurate ratings of local service and professional firms available. Our 12-step certification process requires companies to score at the highest level of quality (90+ on a 100 scale) on our independent customer satisfaction study. But we don't stop there. Each company that earns Diamond Certified is re-rated on an ongoing basis, so you can be assured that a company must continue to deliver high customer satisfaction to keep its Diamond Certified status.

The companies that have earned the prestigious Diamond Certified award are truly top-rated in quality.
