Our entire team at American Ratings Corporation is proud to provide you with the most accurate ratings of local service and professional firms available. Our 12-step certification process requires companies to score in the highest level of quality (90 on a 100 scale) on our independent customer satisfaction study. It doesn’t stop there. Each company that earns the Diamond Certified award is re-rated on an ongoing basis, so you can be assured that in order for a company to keep its Diamond Certified status it must continue to deliver high customer satisfaction.

It’s not for everyone.
The companies that have earned the prestigious Diamond Certified award are truly the "best of the best" in quality. Not all consumers are focused on quality, nor are willing to pay for having it done right the first time. So, judge yourself. Then, choose a Diamond Certified company if you want the highest quality for a fair price.
