Q: Can you help me plan and design my remodeling project?
A: "Absolutely. If you have an idea of what you want but don’t know how to get started, just think about the colors you like and we’ll select our materials based around your choices. From there, we’ll proceed to planning the design."
Q: How much do you charge for your services?
A: "Every project is unique, so we need to discuss the scope of your specific project before a price can be established. During our free estimate, we’ll go over details, educate you on your options and determine a price."
Q: Will I be able to live in my home during the remodel?
A: "Yes. Our main priority is to keep each worksite contained, clean and orderly so the homeowner can continue to live comfortably. In the case of a kitchen remodel, we’ll set up a temporary cooking area so you can prepare food and have access to your microwave and refrigerator. We do our best to make remodels as comfortable as possible for our clients."
Q: Do you clean up every day?
A: "Yes. We keep jobsites clean out of respect for our clients. We know they don’t want to be walking around debris and tools all the time, so it’s a necessary procedure for us to clean up debris and pack up our equipment every day after work. We keep our equipment stored away from the living area, not only for the comfort of the homeowner, but also so children can’t access our power tools."
Q: Do you use subcontractors on your jobs?
A: "Yes, but we don’t just call some random agency. We’ve established a network of reliable subcontractors that have been working with us for a long time and understand the level of quality we expect for our projects. We’ve never had any problems regarding our workmanship, and that’s a direct result of hiring the right people."
Q: What’s your approach to quality control?
A: "Our owners stay involved in every aspect of every project, from coordinating materials to performing the final walk-through. They’re always available if clients need help or have issues. We also provide a three-year warranty on all our labor."
