Q: If I want you to do some work for me, how do we go about arranging it?
A: "First, give me a call and we’ll discuss the job. If it’s a larger project, we can work up an estimate for you. In some cases—especially with smaller jobs—it makes more sense for my guys to come out and work by the hour. Whatever works for you is what works for us. We’ll do whatever fits into your lifestyle and is compatible with the way you prefer to do business."
Q: Do your employees speak English?
A: "Absolutely, they’re all native speakers. Not only do they communicate well, they’re smart people and are excellent problem solvers."
Q: Can you buy the materials I need for a project?
A: "Yes. We’re in a position to buy all the materials for your job and just bill you at the end along with the waiver. And we don’t mark up materials—whatever it costs us is exactly what we charge you."
Q: What about security? Are your people trustworthy?
A: "Absolutely. I stand behind my employees and their honesty 100 percent, and so do my customers, because they give us the keys to their houses. I know my people, and they’re above reproach."
Q: Do you educate potential clients on the details of a job?
A: "Absolutely. We provide clients with all the information and support they need. And we’re very good at helping them describe the work to us, so we can get a better idea of what they need."
Q: Do you provide regular maintenance of larger properties?
A: "Yes. We have some customers for whom we do maintenance management of entire rental properties."
Q: Do you charge a minimum?
A: "We do have an hour minimum if we come out to do a job."
Q: Do you do design work?
A: "No, but we work very closely with architects and builders."
