A: "You can get window coverings made from all types of materials, including composite, solid PVC and real wood. We carry all of them and can show you examples of each type of material to help you make a decision."
Q: What warranties do your products carry?
A: "All our shutters are guaranteed for as long as you live in your home, and our blinds, window shades and sunscreens all come with warranties that vary depending on the manufacturer and the product."
Q: What about a warranty on the installation?
A: "We guarantee all work for one year. If there's an issue with the product itself—if there's a problem with a manufacturer warranty, for example—we'll fix it for free during the first year."
Q: Can I install window coverings myself?
A: "Yes, and we can even price it for you. But we recommend our full-service program. We come out, measure, bring all the products, and discuss and view them in the natural lighting and décor of your home. You want to pick a product that's going to look great in your house, and you want to know it’s properly installed. You might be able to install yourself, but there are a lot of details you likely won’t know."
