Q: What kind of cars do you service?
A: "We work on all domestic and Asian-built cars and trucks, plus Volkswagens, Audis and BMWs."
Q: How long do your repairs take?
A: "Generally, we turn cars around within one day. Complex and detailed repairs sometimes take longer, though."
Q: Do you provide a shuttle service?
A: "Yes. We can drop you off at home or work and then pick you up again when your car is ready. We also provide a shuttle service to San Jose International Airport, so you can drop off your car and have it repaired while you’re away, and then pick it up when you return."
Q: Do you provide rental cars?
A: "We can arrange for rental cars through Enterprise."
Q: Do you have a waiting area?
A: "We have a small waiting area that can be used for short periods, such as during an oil change. But for diagnostic work and repairs that take longer, you’d probably be more comfortable using our shuttle service."
Q: Do you offer standard services at fixed intervals?
A: "Generally not. People drive and maintain their cars somewhat differently, and standard service packages don’t fit everyone’s needs. We start with a basic service package and then advise you on what repairs might be needed and when further inspections will be needed."
Q: Do you provide towing?
A: "Yes, we can tow you into our shop from anywhere within a 25-mile radius."
