Q: How long will it take to repair my car?
A: "That depends on the type of work. If it’s routine maintenance, like a brake job or a tune up, we can give you a very accurate time estimate. If it’s a tricky diagnostic challenge, it can take a day or two."
Q: What can I expect when I bring in my car to be diagnosed?
A: "First, we’ll give you a document that explains what each of our diagnostic tests covers. This information will also be on the final invoice, but we want you to have it upfront so you know exactly what we’re doing. After that, we’ll do the work and keep in touch with you every three to four hours. Finally, when we’ve determined the problem, we’ll explain your options so you can decide if you want to move forward with the repairs."
Q: Do you use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts?
A: "Yes, as often as possible. We also rely on Delco parts. You can be assured that every part we put into your car will be of the highest quality."
Q: Do you perform manufacturer-approved routine services?
A: "Yes. We can handle all the services that dealers provide for most makes and models, including hybrids. Our routine services proceed as the manufacturers recommend. The only exception is when we recommend fluid replacements sooner than the manufacturers. Their recommendations are based on normal usage, so if you push your vehicle and drive it often, the fluids need to be replaced sooner to prevent damage and parts failure."
Q: Do you have rental cars available?
A: "We can arrange for a rental car if you need one. And if your repair is delayed because of our error, we’ll even pay for the rental."
