Q: How long does a job typically take?
A: "In some cases, it may only take a few days. But as far as quality goes, doing a quick job isn’t always the best thing. A fast worker doesn’t necessarily mean a better worker. Sometimes doing the best-quality work takes an extra day or two. We can estimate approximately how long a job will take, and we’ll do everything we can to keep it in that timeframe without sacrificing quality."
Q: What about the price?
A: "We always give our customers the best price. We want homeowners to be happy, not only with the quality of the job but with the price they pay. We’ll explain everything and give them a breakdown of the costs."
Q: What about permits?
A: "We pull all the permits and schedule all the inspections. When an inspector shows up, our foreman will be there to answer questions and deal with any issues that may arise. If there are any problems, we’ll take care of them without delay."
Q: What about security? Are your employees trustworthy?
A: "Yes. Our employees tend to stay with us for a long time, so we know them well. We’ve never had any problems."
Q: Can you help customers choose the right roof?
A: "Yes. Sometimes homeowners will see a roof they think would look good on their house, but it might not be the best material or fit. Our salespeople are very good at explaining the pros and cons of different roofing styles and materials, and they can help homeowners pick the right roof for their home."
Q: What about maintenance?
A: "We do a complete walk-around of a house with our customers. We let them know of any future steps they might need to take, especially if they live around big trees. We always recommend annual gutter maintenance and routine inspections by a certified installer to make sure everything is maintained properly."
Q: Can you do roofing that will accommodate solar?
A: "Yes. We work with West Coast Solar, a full-service provider and installer of photovoltaic and thermal solar systems."
