Q: How do you price your services?
A: "Due to the variance in window types and sizes, it’s difficult to give a general price. Factors include whether it’s interior, exterior or both; the number and size of the panes; height; and additional services like track or screen cleaning. If you call us, we’ll come out for an inspection and provide a quote. You don’t have to be present for the inspection, but we do need your permission and access to walk around the outside of the building."
Q: How long will it take to clean my windows?
A: "Generally, it takes about 30 minutes per 1,000 square feet of living space. For example, a 3,000-square-foot home takes between 90 and 120 minutes."
Q: What tools do you use?
A: "We use everything from squeegees and sponges to water-fed pole systems. We remove screens, wash them and put them back. We also clean tracks."
Q: How often should I have my windows cleaned?
A: "If your property is subjected to high traffic roads or located on or near a waterfront, you may want to schedule window cleaning appointments every three to six months. Commercial windows may require more frequent cleanings. We recommend cleaning storefronts every month."
Q: What areas do you service?
A: "We mostly service Alameda County, but we’ll travel further for larger assignments and referrals."
