A: "It varies on the damage, but it typically takes about seven working days or nine calendar days to repair a vehicle."
Q: Do you offer free estimates?
A: "Yes."
Q: Do you use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts?
A: "It depends on your or your insurance company’s preference. Most insurance policies only pay for aftermarket parts. We’ll use them if you want us to, but your insurance may not cover the price difference."
Q: When should I drop my car off?
A: "You can drop it off any time we’re open, but if your car is drivable, we advise you to wait until we order parts and are ready to start repairs. That’ll minimize the time your car is in the shop."
Q: Do you have shuttle service and rental cars available?
A: "We have a shuttle service. We don’t have rental cars onsite, but we can arrange a pick-up or drop-off from Hertz or Enterprise."
