Q: How soon can you return my laundry?
A: "If you only specify ‘wash and fold’ in your order, we’ll return your laundry the next day within the same time window in which we picked it up. If you want dry cleaning in addition to wash and fold, then we’ll return it two days later."
Q: How do I schedule a pick-up?
A: "You can either fill out a short online form—it takes under a minute to complete—or call/text your order to us. If you call by 7pm, we’ll pick up your laundry the next day."
Q: What’s your service area? Are there any delivery restrictions for certain areas?
A: "We provide full service to the entire city of San Francisco, with one exception: Customers in Parkmerced must have their laundry picked up on either Thursdays or Fridays and give us access to their buildings so we can pick up any time during the day."
Q: Will you wash my clothes separately from other people’s clothes?
A: "Of course. Everything is washed and dried separately, and we’re very conscious about separating colors so things don’t bleed or get ruined."
Q: Do you provide any kind of special garment care?
A: "We’ll drip dry clothes if they’re separated and labeled as such. We’ll also treat stains if they’re clearly labeled. If you have any other requests, please call and ask. Additional charges may apply."
Q: Do you accept donated clothing?
A: "Yes. If you want to donate unwanted clothing, just put it in a bag marked ‘For Donation, No Cleaning’ and we’ll take it to the San Francisco Goodwill."
Q: Do you do alterations?
A: "Yes, we do minor repairs on things like hemming and buttons."
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: "If you schedule a regular pickup and give us access to your building, we’ll give you a 15 percent discount on your order."
