Q: Do you only work on Ford cars?
A: "No. We do body work on all makes and models, foreign and domestic. In fact, most of the work we do is on cars from other manufacturers."
Q: Isn’t bodywork just about appearances?
A: "No. What’s underneath is also very important. The frame must be straightened properly, correct measurements must be taken, and the right type and locations of welds are important for safety and proper operation. The paint finish is obviously what the customer sees, but when you dig deeper, you really find the quality of the repair."
Q: Do you use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts?
A: "Yes, with insurance company approval."
Q: Will the color match?
A: "Yes. We use computerized paint mixing to create a seamless division between the repainted areas and the rest of the car."
Q: Will you work with any insurance company?
A: "Yes. We have more experience working with certain insurance companies, but we’ll work with anyone."
Q: Can you bill my insurance company?
A: "Yes. You’re only responsible for the deductible and any repairs that aren’t covered by your insurance policy."
Q: Do you have rental vehicles available?
A: "Yes, through Hertz and Enterprise."
Q: Do you have a shuttle service?
A: "Yes. We’ll take you anywhere within five miles of the shop."
