Q: What’s trenchless sewer replacement?
A: "It’s a method for replacing a sewer where we pull new sewer pipe through old pipe using a hardened-steel splitting head. The new pipe rests in the rubble of the old one, and very little digging is required. It not only saves time and money, but we don’t have to tear up the landscape and pavement in the process."
Q: What’s a hydrojetter?
A: "It’s a high-pressure water system used to clean pipes and sewer lines. It does a better job than traditional snakes."
Q: How do you charge?
A: "We charge by the hour, not by the service. If we get five things done in one hour, for example, you just pay for that one hour, not five different fees for each service. Our rate is $120 per hour, plus materials. There are no surprises on the final bill."
Q: Do you keep a clean worksite?
A: "Absolutely. We wear booties and put down drop cloths. We respect our customers’ homes and leave them cleaner than when we arrived."
