Gary Ryan (L) and Chad Ryan founded Ryan & Ryan Construction in 1985.
Q: Why should I choose your company over another firm?
A: "We approach each project as a collaboration with our clients, whether individual homeowners or businesses. Our team of specialists will work closely with you on design blueprints and provide advice on selecting the appropriate components: custom hardwood flooring, stone tiling, granite countertops, paint colors and so forth. We also manage our budgets efficiently and perform project management to ensure a seamless undertaking that meets your personalized needs. Our mission is to turn your vision into an elegant home, business or site that reveals excellent design, craftsmanship and functionality."
Q: Which do you offer: residential or commercial services?
A: "Both. Whether it’s home remodeling or commercial construction, we’ll collaborate with you throughout the entire process. We’ll help you create the design blueprints, provide CAD drawings, shop with you and offer input on building components, which include kitchen cabinets, countertops, wall and floor tiles, hardwood floor materials and windows."
Q: Do you clean up after yourselves after every day’s work?
A: "I like to say we clean up three times a day. Our customers are paying for a clean job as well as a good one, so we make sure everything is pristine."
Q: What’s thermal imaging and how do you use it?
A: "Thermal imaging, or thermography, is an infrared imaging process that lets us detect water leaks, energy loss, insulation problems and roof issues. Thermal imaging cameras convert the energy in infrared wavelengths into visible light displays, so we can find problems that might otherwise be imperceptible."
Q: Do you do restoration work as well as construction?
A: "Yes, we have a sister restoration company called Ryan & Ryan Restoration, Inc. We’re licensed estimators and IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) specialists, dealing mostly with water and fire damage. We can do reconstruction and demolition, too."
