Royal Coach Tours transports clients to destinations throughout the Bay Area and beyond.
Q: How far are you willing to take me?
A: "We’re only licensed to pick up passengers in California, but we can take you just about anywhere in the United States, from nearby locations like Las Vegas to as far away as Texas and New York."
Q: What types of vehicles do you have?
A: "Our sizeable fleet includes Lincoln Navigators, which fit six passengers; mini-buses, which range in size and can seat anywhere from 12 to 36 passengers; full-size motors coaches that can accommodate up to 56 passengers; and a 42-passenger deluxe coach with leather seating, forward-facing seats in the front and cable seating in the back, and a gallery with a refrigerator, sink and microwave."
Q: Do your buses have seat belts?
A: "Some of our buses have seat belts, but we’re always adding more as laws become stricter and demand increases. A lot of our newer buses come equipped with seat belts when we buy them."
Q: Are your vehicles safe?
A: "Absolutely. We take great pride in maintaining one of the largest charter bus mechanical shops in the Bay Area, and we’re well-equipped to service all our vehicles. Our highly trained and certified mechanical team performs rigorous maintenance procedures designed to continue the operations of our outstanding safety program."
Q: Are your vehicles equipped with GPS systems?
A: "No, but a lot of our drivers have personal GPS systems. We also have onsite computers that our drivers can use to look up their routes, as well as all types of map books so they can route their pickups and destinations before embarking on their charters."
Q: Do you implement any environmentally-friendly business practices or transportation methods?
A: "Yes. We’re always striving to be a Greener company and help the environment in any way we can. All our vehicles meet strict air quality control management standards, and our older buses use diesel particulate filters, which dramatically reduce the amount of carbon monoxide released into the air. We’ve also installed waterless hand sanitizers in all our motor coaches, and we recycle everything from oil, antifreeze, fuel filters and batteries to wash water, paper products, tires and washer solvent."
