A: "A written description of the roof, any recommendations for repairs or replacement, and a photo page with pictures of the roof."
Q: What are your warranties for reroofing?
A: "We offer a workmanship warranty of up to 25 years for new shingle roofs."
Q: What qualifications do your installers have?
A: "All our installers are certified by product manufacturers to perform specific installations."
Q: As the owner, are you involved in the process?
A: "I’m involved with all the reroofing and most other projects, too. Clients can always come directly to me with questions or concerns."
Q: How long does it take to have a roofing job done?
A: "Most reroofing can be done in two to three days. But once we start a job, we go straight through until we finish. We don’t leave a job to start another one."
