Q: How long will the job take?
A: "That depends on the scope of the project, but once we start a job, we stay on it until it’s completed."
Q: Do you maintain a clean worksite?
A: "Absolutely. We clean the site daily and recycle demolition materials whenever possible. We go over the property with magnets to find and remove any nails or staples that have been dropped. If there are any issues with the crews or the worksite, our project manager is there to handle them."
Q: What kind of roof is right for me?
A: "That’s what our ‘measure call’ is for. We’ll sit down with you and determine your goals for the project. We’ll ask how long you plan to live in your home and how long you’d like the roof to last. From there, we can propose a roof that’s right for you."
Q: My roof is leaking. Does that mean I need a new one?
A: "Not necessarily. Sometimes it’s a localized problem that can be fixed with a relatively simple repair. We’ll propose the right solution. It’s important to get leaks repaired quickly, though, before they cause major damage to the structure."
Q: Do you do non-roofing work?
A: "Yes. We’re general contractors, too. We focus on roofing and solar panels, but we often end up doing other types of work while onsite, from helping hang an interior door to doing a complete bathroom remodel or adding a deck. We’ve even had a customer ask if we could remove their swimming pool. Once our customers see the quality of our work and how professional we are, they keep coming back for more."
