Q: Can you do clear coating?
A: "Yes. We mix our own colors here. We do a great job color matching."
Q: Do you use original parts?
A: "Typically, yes. If not, you’ll be the first to know. We’re completely honest about parts."
Q: What about my insurance company?
A: "Remember, their goal is to get you out the door as cheaply as possible. Our job is to fix your car, so we work for you, not them. That’s a big difference. Sometimes, insurance companies will want to use aftermarket parts. Every once in a while they’re fine, but most of the time I refuse them."
Q: How long will my repair take?
A: "Our goal is not more than eight hours of labor—at least two days. But when I read a sheet, I can usually tell a customer exactly how long it’ll take."
Q: My insurance company wants me to use a specific repair shop. Do I have to?
A: "No. By law, you can use whomever you want."
Q: Can you negotiate with my insurance company on my behalf?
A: "Absolutely. If they want to try using cheap parts, I'll talk to their representatives and they’ll usually back off."
Q: How do I know my car will be the same as before the wreck?
A: "We have a laser-measuring device that gives us a laser-perfect picture of the car with exact specifications, just like the day it rolled off the factory floor. We also have a machine that pulls parts into place and tells us when the car is back to its original specifications. It’s great technology."
