A: "We recommend you visit our showroom first. If you haven’t purchased window treatments for a while, you’ll probably be surprised by the variety of products available. Our large display of blinds and shades let you see, touch and operate window fashions in person, and our knowledgeable staff will walk you through the choices. Your showroom visit will help you make a better decision about what to buy. Then, a designer will meet with you in your home to help finalize your selections."
Q: How long will it take to order blinds or shutters?
A: "It’s usually about 10 business days from order to delivery. Draperies take about eight to 12 weeks."
Q: Do you offer any guarantees?
A: "Yes, we have a 100 percent guarantee— if anything breaks or falls off, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. We also have a program called ‘Right Choice Promise,’ which lets you keep your window coverings for three weeks before deciding if you’re satisfied. If you’re not, we’ll do a replacement for free."
Q: Do you charge for installations?
A: "We don’t charge for installations or estimates. Plus, we don’t tack on extra charges like some dealers."
Q: How and when do I pay?
A: "Typically, we require a 50 percent deposit on all custom-made products at the time you place your order. When the project is fully installed, the remaining 50 percent is due."
