Q: How much do you charge for plumbing services?
A: "We have a minimum service charge for every job, but for larger jobs, the price starts going down as time goes on. In other words, the first hour is $175, but the price eventually drops on a sliding scale to $120. What’s more important than price is how efficient we are when it comes to getting the job done. When compared to other companies, you’ll find you get a much better deal with us."
Q: How fast can you get here?
A: "For a simple job, we can usually get a service truck to you in 30 to 60 minutes."
Q: Do you provide estimates over the phone?
A: "We try to give people an idea of how we charge and what they can expect, but we never give an estimate based on what a customer tells us over the phone. More often than not, there’s a lot more involved than can be communicated by phone, so we like to come out and look at the problem in person."
Q: How well-trained are your employees?
A: "Ongoing training is an important part of the service protocol for anyone who works for our company. Not only are our technicians qualified and competent, they’re also honest and have positive attitudes toward helping customers."
Q: Do you have any special certifications?
A: "We hold a Class A contractor’s license and Cal/OSHA certifications for deep excavations and roadway sewer repairs. We’re also an authorized service representative for most tankless water heater manufacturers."
