Q: How long will my job take to complete?
A: "It varies, but usually less than a day. Our biggest jobs take about two days to complete. We do a lot of work for realtors who need to get the job done before escrow closes, and we’ve never had a problem finishing on time."
Q: How much damage will be done to my house? How much patching will be required?
A: "None. When we’re done, it will look as if we were never there."
Q: Can you give estimates over the phone?
A: "Typically, no. We really need to see the building and visualize what needs to be done before we can start quoting prices."
Q: Do I have to be at home while you work?
A: "We need you for the initial consultation, but you don’t need to be there for the work itself, as long as we have access to the building."
