Q: Will the company owner be on the jobsite while work is in progress?
A: "Yes, periodically. He can’t be on every job all the time, but he’s there for the important details. He’s also available for other things, like if clients are looking for kitchen fixtures and can’t make up their minds. They can call our owner and he’ll help them decide on a product or answer any questions they have."
Q: How dusty will my house get during construction?
A: "Keeping a dust-free environment is very important to us, so we’ve invested in equipment that keeps dust out of non-construction zones during home remodels. For example, we have ventilation systems, filter systems and zip wall systems that actually create a plastic barrier wall inside the work area so no dust can escape."
Q: How soon can you start my project?
A: "That depends on the type of job and the time of year you call. Usually, it takes at least one week to get started on a job. However, in some circumstances, we’re able to rush jobs. For example, we recently went to look at a job for an elderly couple and discovered there were rats in the walls. Even though we were booked for the next three weeks, we made it a priority because we felt they shouldn’t have to live with that situation."
Q: Will I have to move out of my house during construction?
A: "That depends on the job. If we’re doing a whole house remodel, you’ll have to move out during the work."
Q: How do you help customers understand the permitting process?
A: "We sit our customers down and carefully explain the process to them. Then we send them to a website that deals with the permitting process in their particular county. That really helps them understand the entire process."
Q: Why is customer satisfaction so important to you?
A: "It’s important for us to have happy customers, so we go the extra mile to keep them satisfied. Most of our work comes from referrals, so emphasizing quality and customer satisfaction keeps us going."
