Q: Can you handle the building permits for my remodeling project?
A: "Yes. Also, because we always draw up proper plans, we can often get permits approved over the counter. We understand the process and the concerns of the building department, and we prepare accordingly so no time is wasted."
Q: Do you maintain a clean worksite?
A: "Yes. In our contract, we specify that it’s our responsibility to haul away debris. We always make sure the house is swept clean and secured when we finish for the day. If we have to remove windows or doors, we make sure the openings are covered with plywood."
