A: "If you’re calling to compare pricing on labor rates and parts, we can give you a ballpark estimate, but in order to provide a quote on a specific repair, we need to inspect your vehicle in person. "
Q: What kinds of replacement parts do you use?
A: "We exclusively use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, which is why we’re able to offer a two-year warranty on every part we install. It’s hard to find an aftermarket part that comes with that type of warranty. "
Q: Can I supply my own parts?
A: "Yes, but we can’t provide warranties on the parts or labor, so we typically discourage it. "
Q: What benefits does your membership program include?
A: "Our members get complimentary vehicle pick-up and delivery, unlimited diagnostic and oil change services, a complete vehicle detail once a year, a $200 credit toward scheduled maintenance services, and more.
