A: "That depends on the time of year. We’ll be honest with you—if we can’t start your job soon, we’ll put you on a waiting list. Then we’ll try to schedule the project so it fits your plans and avoids any big events or family vacations."
Q: How long will my roofing project take to complete?
A: "It depends on the scope of the work, but we’ll provide you with a detailed schedule at the beginning of the project and do our best to follow it."
Q: Are there any extra costs once you start my roofing project?
A: "We’re very upfront about extra costs. Typically, we only charge extra if we find termite or dry rot damage, because that requires us to tear off the roof and inspect the deck."
Q: Are your installers well-trained and qualified?
A: "Yes. All our installers are factory-trained and certified, and they follow the most stringent safety measures to ensure each job is completed to an exceptionally high standard. From estimating and tear-off to installation and final inspection, they treat every customer with honesty and integrity."
Q: Will you leave a mess at my house?
A: "No. Each of our crews has its own dump truck, and they always clean up the jobsite at the end of every work day. They even use a magnet sweep to pick up nails and metal. Once we’ve completed your job, our crews will immediately finish the cleanup."
